Is this the right starting point?

Begin here when the requirement looks like this.

You do not need a finished specification. The known condition, task and constraints are enough to start a useful conversation.

  1. A roof or interface has a known defect, water-ingress risk or remedial requirement.

  2. A liquid-applied or wider weatherproofing approach needs to be considered against the substrate.

  3. Access, existing specification and adjoining details are central to the next decision.

Shape the requirement

What the scope can cover.

The exact service is confirmed around the asset or property, condition, access, timing and information available.

  1. Roof type, substrate and affected areas
  2. Known defects, interfaces and water-ingress information
  3. Existing surveys, photographs and specification details
  4. Access, sequencing and wider building-fabric dependencies

A clear next step

From initial brief to a focused route.

The first conversation is designed to identify fit, information gaps and the most useful next action.

  1. Brief the context

Share roof type, access, defect and any existing specification.

  2. Confirm the fit

Bring the task, available information and constraints into one view.

  3. Define the next step

Confirm the team, information or site conversation needed to move forward.
